Sanaa Habib - PDG3A
Founder & CEO

Sanaa Habib is the Founder and CEO of Inclusion Arabia, where she drives the organisation’s vision for inclusive, supportive, and transformative educational services across the region. With over 12 years of experience in Inclusion and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in the UAE, she holds a Master’s in SEND, is a qualified Access Arrangements Assessor, a Practitioner of the Dyslexia Guild (PDG3A), and is registered with the British Psychological Society’s Register of Qualified Test Users (RQTU).

Alongside her leadership at Inclusion Arabia, Sanaa is also a tutor with Real Training, an award-winning UK-based provider of professional development in education. She teaches the Master’s-level iSENCO module, mentoring the next generation of global SEND leaders—work that reflects her enduring commitment to inclusion, which remains at the heart of Inclusion Arabia’s mission.

Rabail Junaid
director of student services and growth

With over a decade of experience in education, Rabail brings a deep understanding of how to make diverse curricula accessible for learners with SEND. She holds a Master’s in Education, a PGCE, and is a licensed IBDP Mathematics educator. Rabail is also the Director of Growth and Innovation at Green TSI UAE.

Her calm presence, innovative mindset, and ability to connect with students across needs make her a powerful advocate for inclusive learning. With a focus on inclusion and impact, Rabail champions student wellbeing and development across all our services.

Dr. H.C. Faiza Mubeen
Regional Development Director

Dr. H.C. Faiza Mubeen is a seasoned leader in education management, wellbeing, and inclusion with over 15 years of experience across the Middle East. She currently serves as the Director of Inclusion at Beech Hall School in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Certified by ADEK and KHDA in the UAE, she holds an honorary doctorate in the Philosophy of Education and an MEd in International Education Management. As an author, counselor, and pathways expert, Dr. H.C. Faiza builds regional partnerships that drive meaningful change. Her mission is to bridge gaps and nurture systems where every learner thrives.

Mizna Mustafa
Dyslexia & Literacy Specialist

With over 12 years of experience in the UAE and Canada, Mizna supports students with specific learning differences through evidence-based, multisensory interventions. She holds a Master’s in Psychology, with an academic background in Psychology and English Literature, which sparked her interest in how the brain processes language.

 Trained in Dyslexia Action (UK) Level 4 and 5 and at the associate level in Orton-Gillingham, Mizna brings deep expertise in literacy, dyslexia, and co-occurring challenges. Her approach is structured, compassionate, and grounded in a belief that every learner deserves to be understood and empowered.
